To ensure a smooth experience for every client, please review the following policies before booking. Appointments & Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Lash appointments require a $30 deposit, and Brow PMU appointments require a $100 deposit. Your appointment is not considered secured until the required deposit has been received. Lash Appointment Preparation Please arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. Contact lenses must be removed before your service. Lash fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Appointments scheduled after 3 weeks will be considered a new set and charged accordingly. During Your Appointment For your comfort, safety, and the best possible results, please keep your eyes closed and minimize movement throughout your service. Please refrain from chewing gum, using your phone, or touching the tape/gel pads underneath your eyes. Guests To maintain a relaxing and focused environment, no additional guests are permitted unless approved in advance. Private Studio Arrival Belleza Beauty is a private home studio. Upon arrival, please text 240-628-9393 before coming to the door. Payments A 6% Maryland sales tax is applied to card transactions. Cash payments are also welcome. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment without penalty.
For lash appointments, cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your $30 deposit. Same-day cancellations or reschedules are subject to a $65 fee, which includes the deposit.
For Brow PMU appointments, cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of your $100 deposit. Same-day cancellations or reschedules are subject to a $150 fee, which includes the deposit.
Any outstanding fees must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
