Belleza Beauty Business Policy: • A $30 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. A Square payment link will be sent to your phone number. • No extra guests are permitted unless pre-approved by Kathy. • Please arrive with no eye makeup. • Contact lenses must be removed prior to your appointment. • Lash fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Any appointment scheduled after the 3-week mark will be considered a new set and charged at the full set price. • A 6% Maryland state tax will be applied to all card transactions. To avoid this fee, cash payments are welcome. • Upon arrival, please text 240-628-9393 before coming to the door, as services are provided from a private home studio. • During your appointment, to ensure the best results and efficiency, please refrain from: • Chewing gum • Opening your eyes • Using or checking your phone • Touching the tape/gel pads placed under your eyes • Excessive movement, such as body shifting or leg shaking

Cancellation Policy

Eyelash Extensions – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice (2 days) is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. • Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours prior (1 day before) will result in the loss of your $30 deposit. (If no deposit has been paid, a $30 Square payment link will be sent.) • Same-day cancellations or reschedules will result in a $65 fee. • This fee includes the deposit. • If no deposit was paid, a full $65 Square payment link will be sent. • Failure to pay this fee will result in loss of booking privileges for future appointments. ⸻ Eyebrow PMU Tattoo – Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice (2 days) is required to cancel or reschedule without penalty. • Cancellations or reschedules made 24 hours prior (1 day before) will result in the loss of your $100 deposit.
